30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card) within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged EDC Fidget Toy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
